How many characters can I engrave?
The maximum number of characters varies depending on the piece of jewelry. Please refer to the product description for details.
Can I change my engraving after placing an order?
Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can engraved jewelry be returned?
Personalized jewelry with engraving is excluded from exchange and return, except in the case of a production defect.
