Returns
Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Before any return, please contact our customer service first by email at support@elourejewelry.com or directly via our WhatsApp Support so that we can process your return quickly.

Please note:

• Personalized or engraved products are excluded from return
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer


Returns without right of return

Should items without a valid right of return be sent back to us (e.g., engraved or worn products), we reserve the right to pass on the incurred shipping and return costs.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or non-collection, the buyer bears the costs for re-shipping.

Worn or Damaged Jewelry

For hygiene and quality reasons, we only accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original condition.

Please return items exclusively in unworn, undamaged, and original condition.
Worn or damaged items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
